EDUCATION, EXHIBITIONS AND PUBLICATIONS
Working with museums, historical societies, schools, and educational organizations, EHT Traceries assists with many aspects of Built Environment Education.
The firm works on educational projects involving the interpretation of historic buildings, educational programming, teacher training, preparation of curriculum materials, tour development, and consultation on educational television and film productions.
Members of the firm are regular lecturers in the Washington, DC, area, as well as at national conferences and meetings held around the country.
Exhibition work includes the development and production of display panels, as well as complete museum quality exhibitions. In addition, the firm develops brochures and other informational documents relating to historic buildings and districts, including design guidelines. This work involves research, gathering historic and contemporary photos, writing, editing, and layout.

The Interstate Commerce Commission Building, part of the grand design of the Federal Triangle, is undergoing an extensive rehabilitation to make the building compliant with today's health, life-safety, and accessibility codes.

The Greater Fourteenth Street, Sixteenth Street, Foggy Bottom, Kalorama Triangle, Sheridan-Kalorama, Greater U Street, Mount Vernon Square/Shaw, and Logan Circle Historic Districts are representative of the District of Columbia's historic neighborhoods that are rich in architectural, commercial, social and transportation history.
